Position: Turn-over Coordinator
Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School/GED
Base Pay: $12-14/hour DOE
Start Date: Immediately upon hiring
Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Turn-over Coordinator for our busy Property Management office. The job is fast paced and includes the following tasks: performing move-out inspections, determining what work/cleaning needs to be done, creating work orders, coordinating with vendors and property owners to get maintenance completed, ensuring the property is ready by a deadline for a new tenant, processing invoices, inputting data into our property management software, as well assisting co-workers with other tasks as needed. Responsibilities subject to change - this list may not be all inclusive.
Job Abilities Required: Multi-tasking; Customer Service Skills; Ability to type 40 WPM; Proficient in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate would have a friendly demeanor, teachable attitude, be a team-player, detail-oriented, pro-active, independent, a quick learner, and be confident in their abilities to meet important deadlines.
