Position: Administrative/Customer Service
Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School/GED
Base Pay: $12-14/hour DOE
Start Date: July 10, 2017
Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Administrative/Customer Service employee for our busy Property Management office. The specific job responsibilities and tasks will be determined upon hiring. They may include answering phones, assisting customers with the application/leasing/move-in process, assisting customers with the move-out process, inputting data into our property management software, creating leases, communicating with tenants on a regular basis and answering questions. Responsibilities subject to change - this list may not be all inclusive.
Job Abilities Required: Multi-tasking; Exceptional Customer Service Skills; Ability to type 40 WPM; Proficient in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate would have a friendly demeanor, be a team-player, detail-oriented, pro-active, independent, and a quick learner.
